Change is simple...

Change is actually a simple operation. It requires only three key objectives to be met: environment, belief, and time.

Environment: If you want change to occur, you must ensure the environment will allow it. If the environment isn’t conducive and doesn’t support the change, it is unlikely it will happen.

Belief: The underlying belief that the change is needed, wanted, and achievable must be present.

Time: Change doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t happen consistently. Change takes time. Change is a stop and start progress. It moves forwards, and then backwards, and then forwards again. Don’t give up on it too soon.
