Seeing is believing might be an overused phrase, but it is one we shouldn’t discount. The visual portion of our brain accounts for 40% of its mass and vision is responsible for 90% of our sensory input. What we see on a daily basis (or don’t see) highly influences our attitude and actions.
If you want to change how people are behaving, adjust what they are seeing. What does the physical environment look like? How do leaders behave around them? How do team members interact together?
If you want something else for people, make sure they can picture it first.
