Packing a punch

One of the first things you need to know when learning how to throw a good punch is to always punch through. You can’t stop at the object, you must aim your punch beyond it. If you stop your fist short, the punch will be weak and ineffective, but if you look past the barrier, you will break through.

The same principle applies in our organizations. When we plan for the future, we need to ensure we are looking beyond the obstacles in our way so that our actions have the strongest impact. When we are able to look past where we currently stand, our strength is magnified.
