Two steps to a good day

If you want to feel good about your day, it isn’t a complicated job. We just make it that way. If you want to feel happy and satisfied at the end of the day, or help other people feel happy and satisfied, you only need to do two things.

1. Accomplish a task

2. Enjoy something

If you can check one thing off your to-do list and feel like you’ve made a contribution, and find joy in one activity, the day will feel worthwhile. And if you can help other people to do the same with their days, they will feel good as well.
