It was great to remember that everyone is different and understand that we need to listen to each other.

It was great to share and interact with my co-workers. This training will certainly be useful in our daily environment and strengthen our team.

I had a very large takeaway moment during the success image exercise. It really made me aware where I need to be to feel my success.
Laberge Lavender Lane
My biggest takeaway was starting each day with what you are grateful for and remembering that happiness=success.
Clarke was a great presenter. Very engaging - time flew by!

I totally agree with this method of thought – play and fun have a role at work. I loved to hear it out loud and liked the brainstorming. I love that you believe positivity is a choice – I 100% agree!
I appreciate learning that its OK to fail. Attitude is everything and play is important. Play Play Play! Thank you.
Thank you for confirming fun is okay! You have to choose your attitude!
My lightbulb moment was learning how to deal with “Monday’s” and that they’re just as important as the TGIF attitude.
I liked the confirmation of how to interact with other people. I always make a point of saying ‘Good Morning’ to everyone that comes in. Some are not morning people, but I still take the time to say ‘Good Morning’.
I really enjoyed Clarke’s energy and his way of making us rethink our ways of approaching day to day challenges/tasks, etc.

Thank you for the good reminder about confirmation bias! Most of the content I am already familiar with and/or practicing. Always good to hear again though as repetition is the mother of all skill.
I enjoyed learning about the importance of sharing with others and expanding one’s own knowledge base of how other businesses think, interact and evolve. The takeaway is that we all have “worth” and the greatest struggle at times is to keep this in focus.

I learned 3 things today.
1. Be proud of what you have accomplished
2. You will find what you are looking for in the room, including energy
3. I have a safe environment to explore myself and my business

Thank you for teaching me not to be afraid of my self-worth.
Thank you for teaching me the happiness=success formula. I also enjoyed the panel of entrepreneurs that helped me re-frame my thinking to be happier.
I’m going to focus on positivity and doing my best. I learned to set goals which are not too big and take smaller steps that are just outside my skill set but stretch me for growth.

I loved the content! It’s everything I am focusing on right now and reading about. This stuff is foundational for everyone!
I enjoyed learning about the link of happiness to successes and goals. I am going to be more thankful for things and use this to grow positive outcomes.
I enjoyed learning the fact that I am not the only person trying to keep a positive outlook but have “bad” days and that’s OK.
You totally delivered and “knocked it outta the park” yet again!! I have had nothing but excellent feedback on the training and, in particular, your enthusiastic delivery of the content and personal touches. As always, high energy, engaging and, of course, knowledgeable. Thank you both for making my first training session/off-site with my new team such a tremendous success!
Human Resources Manager
Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome job you and Hannah did last week at our annual Roxborough Strategy Meeting. It was insightful to say the least both on the professional and personal side of the coin. Changing the mindset is not always an easy task especially going through life’s trials. I walked away with a smile on my face and felt compelled to express my gratitude. I have implemented the “commit to one rule” in my daily existence. I am not here to be average…I AM HERE TO BE AWESOME!

The main speaker at the dinner was an amazingly good professional motivational speaker, Mr. Gary Gzik. His presentation, “Unleashing the Hero Inside” was a well-received upbeat message with audience participation. Well done for having this kind of speaker in attendance!

I had an amazing day! I have attended many training sessions over my career in HR and I rank yesterday at the top. Today I feel a new sense of inspiration and energy. I truly enjoyed the day and the messages being shared with us.

Gary and his session were awesome! Our emerging leaders thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. He definitely kept the momentum going for what is a fantastic week of engagement with our high potentials.

Thank you so very much. After training they were super positive, ideas galore… this is definitely what we needed, create a new spark. Everyone was quite impressed and found you engaging and activities and topics very relatable.
I took a lot out of your kick ass presentation, specifically TGIM - thank goodness it’s Monday. I actually own a hoodie that says “Fri. Sat. Sun, Repeat” - I do LOVE my weekends… but I love my job too and you guys helped to remind me of that.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for an awesome afternoon yesterday for our first session. The session was full of energy and ensured everyone got involved. I have had some very positive feedback so far. So a huge thank you to you and Gary… job well done! Looking forward to the next two days at the end of the month! Personally, I could have listened to the two of you all day!

I have literally just left your workshop and wanted to thank you for your engaging presentation style. I manage Professional Development for the Toronto Real Estate Board and am a huge supporter of adult education and the quest for personal evolution. As such, I know how difficult it can be to find people who can engage their audience and come off like a real human and win people over. That can be near impossible sometimes. You are very good at what you do. I thank you for that.
