Nature, throwing fish and permission slips

If we want to be truly engaged with our work, we must ensure we have an energizing environment. Bringing play into the culture is one of the best ways to do so. When we can be playful in how we complete our work, it raises engagement levels, builds better relationships, and creates more positive experiences. In this video, you will learn how to bring more play into your work.

If we want to bring more creativity and innovation into our work, we need to make sure we have an environment that facilitates it. This means allowing people to take risks, experiment and, really, just not be good at things right away. An important benefit of creating a culture that embraces play, is that it allows people to feel safe to be creative and innovative. In this video, you will learn how to feel safe sharing new ideas and trying new things and how to make others feel safe doing the same.
