MONTH 4: BUILDING SOCIAL CAPITAL
The key to happiness, high fives & parachutes

Without social capital, a team is merely just a group of people who come together each day and check tasks off their to-do lists. When a team has strong levels of social capital it can go beyond just getting work done to building on each other’s ideas and abilities to do work that no individual could accomplish on their own. But this only happens when you connect on a personal level with one another. In this video, you will learn not the importance of social capital to building a great team.
