Before you book.
Do participants need to prepare anything?
Just the online assessment, sent 2 to 3 weeks ahead. The assessment takes on average 30 to 40 minutes to complete.
Is this a personality assessment that puts people in a box?
Not at all and it's something I make sure to share in the workshop. Personality Dimensions® is a starting point for understanding yourself and different working styles, it's not a label. Teams find it opens up conversations they've been avoiding for years, and really helps expand perspectives.
Can this work virtually?
Yes it can! The in-person formats tend to land the deepest, but virtual is absolutely possible and still provides participants with a great learning opportunity. I run a lot of virtual sessions for global teams that are simply too spread out to bring into one spot.
Do participants get a copy of their results to keep?
Yes they do. Results are released back to each participant before the workshop, so it's theirs to keep, not something that disappears after the session.
Does this translate across different cultures?
Yes it does. I've worked with global teams, including participants from India, Spain, Germany, and beyond. The framework itself is built around how people communicate and work, which holds about cross culturally, even when the specifics of that communication may look different from place to place. The tool is an awareness tool that helps bring humanity into all conversations.
