Personality Dimensions™ Workshops


Our Personality Dimensions™ training is designed to be motivational, thought-provoking, challenging and highly interactive. Participants will learn the Personality Dimensions™ model representing the four different personality types. They will take an online assessment to identify their own unique personality type, and then learn how to work with other personalities in the group. Each workshop is delivered virtually from the comfort of your home or office. Training will be interspersed with lecture, individual and group work, and activities to immerse participants in key learning opportunities.* Suitable for groups of up to 20 participants.

What you’ll learn:
  • Understanding the history of Personality Dimensions™

  • Identifying your unique personality type

  • Thorough understanding of actions & behaviors associated with the different Colors

  • Similarities and differences of the Colors

  • How to communicate, collaborate and build relationships with different Colors

  • Exploring the Self Discovery Model

*All participants must complete the Personality Dimensions™ assessment and general training before enrolling in the leadership, teams, or sales & marketing application workshops.

No pants required! We use Zoom to facilitate our sessions, so people can attend from the office or home. All our sessions are people-first, high energy, interactive, passionate and focused on real-world experiences. Our goal is to have each person leave our sessions equipped with the tools and confidence they need to invoke positive change and the energy and drive to do so.

Hannah Gzik

Hannah Gzik, Vice President of Build a Kick Ass Company, brings a unique and energizing perspective to helping organizations small and large, build strong, healthy workplace cultures where people bring their energy and creativity to work every day.  

Hannah has learned the value of dedication as she has become a master of her craft, ultimately leading to her role as VP. She has received recognition for her sales management skills acting on global committees in the analytics industry. Hannah is a certified Level 2 Personality Dimensions trainer and enjoys helping people unlock their personality and live a kick ass life. 

When Hannah isn’t chasing after workplace zombies, she can be found cooking up a storm (but don’t classify her as a cook), diving into a good book, jetting off for adventure, and spoiling her rescue dog, Cooper.
