What's the difference between a workshop and a keynote?
A keynote is a single stage talk. A workshop is hands-on and interactive. If you're not sure which fits, just share with me what you're picturing and I'll point you the right way. Either way, both come with high-energy!
Do you offer 1:1 coaching?
Not as a standalone service right now. My focus is team and leadership workshops, keynotes and Personality Dimensions®.
What size teams do you work with?
All sizes. For workshops specifically, around 20 participants tends to hit the sweet spot for real engagement, but that's exactly the kind of thing we'll figure out together based on what you're trying to accomplish.
Do you travel outside of Ontario?
I travel across Canada regularly. For anything outside the country, let's talk. Cross-border work has its own requirements depending on where and what's involved, so it's easiest to sort out together rather than assume either way.
How does travel billing work?
Travel is billed separately, and upon request, I can give you an estimated travel cost and what that includes. If another client happens to be nearby around the same time, I'll split the travel cost between engagements where possible, so you're not covering the full trip alone.
Do you handle printing materials, or do we?
Either works. I can arrange printing and bring everything with me, or if it's easier on your end (especially for larger groups or tighter timelines), you're welcome to print locally from files I send over. We'll figure out whichever makes more sense for your situation. Often times, I am responsible for bringing all materials with me so that you don't have to worry about the details.
What industries do you work with?
All kinds. From travel, broadcasting, manufacturing, insurance, social services, First Nations communities and everywhere in between, the work applies no matter the industry, because it's really about how people work together, not what field they're in.
Can you accommodate different work shifts?
Yes. Split shifts, night shifts, rotating schedules, whatever your team's actual reality looks like, we'll figure out timing that works, including running the same session more than once if that's what it takes to reach everyone, and yes, even training at odd hours.
