two core offerings
Two places to start
Personality Dimensions®
The awareness tool that finally explains why your team communicates the way they do, and gives everyone a shared language for working with each other instead of around each other.
Instead of guessing why someone processes things differently or reacts the way they do, your teams gets a deep understanding, and its something that sticks well past the workshop itself.
This workshop is not about labeling participants, it's an awareness tool and helps bring curiosity and humanity into the workplace.
Individual online assessments given for every participant and a colour-coded team map you'll reference later.
Hell Yeah Teams
A workshop built for teams that want to move from "we're fine" to genuinely great, together, in one focused session.
It's about bringing a team back together, actually appreciating each other instead of just tolerating each other, and rebuilding trust where it's worn thin, so people walk out feeling like a team again, not just a group of people who happen to share a calendar.
At its core, it's about recognizing the choice every one of us has, and how our own actions and behaviours shape the culture around us, whether we notice it or not.
everything else
Beyond those two, this is entirely custom
Leadership work can be broken into modules. Team work doesn't really work that way, every team's dynamics, history, and blind spots are different, so past Hell Yeah Teams and Personality Dimensions®, what we build together depends entirely on what's actually going on with your group.
A few of the things that tend to come up: trust-building after a rough stretch or significant change, team communication styles, conflict within the group (not just between two people), cross-functional collaboration, team accountability, respect, re-building a culture the team is proud of, developing trust between two specific departments, and recognition as a team practice.
how it works
From "let's talk" to "that was awesome"
1
We chat
A call to talk through what's really going on, your objectives, and all the important details.
2
You get a plan
I take the details and turn it into a clear plan with scope, price, availability etc.
3
It gets built
Everything built for your team to meet the objectives we discussed with materials/activities.
4
You see it stick
Tools and bonus documents your team actually keeps and uses.
questions people ask
Before you book
What team size works best for this?
Up to 25 tends to be the sweet spot. It allows for better conversations. If you have a larger group, we can talk through how to keep it just as engaging.
What if some team members are more resistant than others?
Honestly, that's what I do best. Reading a room, meeting resistance without steamrolling it, and finding the thing that actually gets someone bought in, that's the work, not a problem to work around.
Do you meet with leadership beforehand to understand the team's history?
Always. I don't walk into a room cold. Before anything's built, I take the time to understand what's actually happened with this team, so the session responds to real history, not a guess.
Can this work for a team spread across multiple locations or time zones?
Yes, I work with global teams regularly. Location and time zone differences get factored into the plan, not treated as an obstacle.
How custom is custom, really?
There are core frameworks that are foundational components of my training. Activities, content, and the delivery gets built around your actual objectives so I never "take off the shelf". My delivery is not scripted and always responds to the room. Adjusting on the spot is pretty normal for me, if something real comes up in the room, I'll pause and actually explore it. I don't need to make it to the last slide. I'd rather follow the room than finish the deck.
What happens after training ends?
Depending on the session(s), you may walk away with a bonus resource built for your team i.e. a 6-month follow-up plan that you run internally, or a summary of specific conversations that came up during the session(s). The goal isn't just to have fun and have a good day (although yes, that is important), it's something that you should still be using months later.
Can this tie into our other organizational initiatives?
Yes, and it should. Before we work together, I learn what you're already actively working on, your mission, vision and values, so the training weaves in key messaging. It should feel like an extension of the work you are already doing, not a break from it.
